Great location, close to transportation and amenities. The hostel is located near a park, making it a nice place to relax. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There are multiple common rooms, including a designated quiet area for those who need to work.
There are a lot of rules posted around the hostel, which can be a bit intimidating. The receptionist is strict about charging for any forgotten items.

I recently stayed at Park Villa Boutique for a week-long vacation. The hostel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Despite being located in a bustling area, the hostel was surprisingly quiet. It was conveniently situated just a short walk from both the underground and bus stops, with plenty of dining options and a supermarket nearby. The 4-bed room I stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable single bed and ample storage space. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
I do recommend this hostel.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, making my late arrival enjoyable. the hostel is beautifully designed and the beds are comfortable, with curtains for privacy and small safes. - the kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with a variety of food options, including cereal and fruits. - the instructions on the wall are clear and helpful, making it easy to navigate the facilities.
The host who greeted me lacked friendliness and did not provide information about the facilities. Considering the price paid, I would not choose to stay here again.
